2. What data we process and why

We process the data you provide in the contact form or by e-mail (full name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message) in order to:

  • reply to you and correspond with you — based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • take steps at your request before entering into a cooperation agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • establish, pursue or defend legal claims — based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Please do not send CVs, documents or special categories of data (e.g. health data) through the form.

3. Retention

We keep the data for as long as the correspondence lasts and then for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless longer retention is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims or is required by law.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers of technical services to the Controller:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and form handling (USA; transfer based on the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework decision or standard contractual clauses);
  • Telegram — the messaging service through which the Controller receives notifications of form messages (an entity outside the European Economic Area).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@westrekrut.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

6. Voluntary provision and automated decisions

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply. The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Cookies and technical data

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted locally, with no connections to third-party services. The hosting server may log technical request data (e.g. IP address, date and time) to keep the website secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
